Retail operating system that connects external business systems and brings sales, payments, inventory, reconciliation and financial oversight into one workspace. Beyond the Business management, the project explores a complete product experience; including an AI powered summary for dashboard, POS and payment terminals integration flow, money exceptions, payment reconcilliations and one responsive interface. The goal was to build a single point of connection for retail business managing multiple branches.

Challenge
Businesses often struggle to keep their sales, payments, inventory, and day-to-day operations organized when these activities are spread across different tools. As a business grows and adds more branches in different locations, it becomes even harder to have a clear picture of what’s happening across the business.
Objective
For Talmow, the goal was to solve this fragmentation by bringing these operations into one connected platform. Business owners needed a simpler way to monitor branch performance, track inventory, reconcile payments, manage different roles, and quickly spot issues without having to jump between spreadsheets, WhatsApp, POS systems, and payment platforms.
Results
We created a centralized platform that brings key business operations into one place, giving business owners a clearer view of how their business is performing. The new experience makes it easier to monitor branches, track inventory, manage payments, reconcile transactions, and oversee team activities without relying on multiple disconnected tools. By simplifying these workflows and organizing information around what business owners need most, Talmow provides a more structured, transparent, and efficient way to manage a growing business.
